Natural Connections Project 2021 aims to restore a love for the earth and humanity with a series of workshops which invite us to get intimate with nature through creative expression.

The sessions, to be held in March on the grounds of the Drolkar Buddhist centre, will offer ways to cultivate a connection to nature and promote greater emotional wellbeing as we face the difficult reality of climate change. Each one will explore a theme; the indigenous connection to the land, psychological resilience, living sustainably and parenting, in collaboration with ephemeral art workshops and guidance in mindfulness meditation.

Join us as we learn to re-sensitise our relationship with the planet through art.
